The Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Childhood Education, Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Childhood Special Education, Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Early Childhood Education, Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Early Childhood Special Education, Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Early Childhood and Childhood Education and the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership, Administration, and Policy from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Education are accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges Secondary Schools.

The Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Childhood Education, Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Childhood Special Education, Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Early Childhood Education, Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Early Childhood Special Education, Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Early Childhood and Childhood Education programs have been accredited as part of professional accreditation awarded by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) since 1970. The programs are also approved by the Association of Childhood Education International (ACEI). The M.S.T. programs are also recognized by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) as educator preparation programs leading to initial certification within New York State.
